Rocco Forte Hotels was established in 1996 by esteemed hotelier Sir Rocco Forte and his sister, Olga Polizzi, who’s responsible for tailoring the design of the hotels to their location while giving each a distinct personality. Other members of Sir Rocco’s family – hoteliers for four generations – also play a key role in shaping the journey of Rocco Forte Hotels. For example, daughter Lydia is the hotel group’s Director of Food & Beverages, while son Charles is the Director of Development.
