Welcome back to Forte Village this summer 2022

Rather than standing idle during the global pandemic, Forte Village rose to the occasion by continuing an extensive renovation to welcome back its guests.

Among the biggest projects is the full renovation of the Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa, an exclusive offering laid within exotic gardens just moments from the beachfront. The six seawater Thalasso pools and 30 treatment rooms come newly revamped and upgraded further by a ‘tisaneria’ (herbal tea bar), changing rooms and refurbished gym, all flooded by natural skylight and connected via open walkways through the gardens.

“We are thrilled to welcome guests back to Forte Village in our beautiful corner of Sardinia. Our seaside luxury resort is in a class by itself, unlike any other place in the world.  We are proud to offer an extraordinary choice of services and activities to fulfil every guest’s interests and passions, at any age, as well as offer them the chance to discover new ones.  Easily accessible from all major European travel hubs, we invite guests to enjoy the incomparable gift of nature amidst our 120 acres of beautiful gardens, where the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea meet the most incredible white sand beach.” – Lorenzo Giannuzzi, CEO & General Manager Forte Village.

Excellence in the thermal panorama of Italian resorts, guests can experience the most powerful natural detox within a world-famous circuit of six seawater pools.

Live it up at Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa

Newly renovated for the most lavish guest experiences, the 7,000-square-meter Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa provides personalised treatments and programs run by a world-renowned, in-house medical team.

An excellence in the thermal panorama of Italian resorts, guests can experience the most powerful natural detox within a world-famous circuit of six seawater pools. The pools range in salt concentration and temperatures (from 25° to 39°C), rich in magnesium and sodium to amplify the water’s detox effect and healing properties.

Guiding you through an optional medical consultation and health check-up are various doctors that specialize in muscular health, sports and aesthetic medicine. Under their expertise, guests can access the most effective treatments to relieve symptoms as wide ranging as digestion, anxiety, posture and muscle pain.

Once all your ails are soothed, stay put to enjoy the natural environment of the Thalasso pools and cave waterfall in pool six, where air hydromassage beds stretch out temptingly for all to enjoy. Alternatively, for the most secluded setting, try the Private SPA’s private garden with its own Thalasso pools and specialised medical assessments.

Fine dine to your heart’s content

There are more than 21 restaurants in Forte Village ready and waiting to quell any post-spa cravings. All the food at Forte Village is fit for VIPs, inclusive of bottomless buffets and upscale dining headed by Michelin chefs.

Sample Italian and world cuisine at any of the 21 offerings, namely the Belvedere restaurant for traditional and regional Italian specialities from two-Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Mascia, or more at three-Michelin-starred Heinz Beck’s Beachcomber restaurant. Those not content with simply tasting the dishes can learn how to cook traditional Italian fare at the Forte Village Gourmet Cooking Academy, a great daytime activity over the summer months, under the tutelage of the village’s top chefs.

To wash down all the wonderful food, Sofia Carta is also in residence as one of Italy’s premier female sommeliers and alumni of Forte Village, overseeing the Wine Bar and wine cellar with 6,000 different labels, to complete the incredible selection of restaurants and bars. Align your booking with one of the resort’s special events for a wine vacation to remember.

Between the months of July and August, guests can also attend an unforgettable dinner event under the stars, when the resort’s very best chefs come together for Celebrity Chef Evenings (July 25th- August 30th 2022) to whip up their most iconic haute dishes. New chefs involved include the King of Scandinavian barbeque, Brian Bojsen, as well as Europe’s top pizzamaker (and chef at Paris’ Casa di Peppe), Peppe Cutraro, who brings his pizzaiolo skills to the village with an authentic selection of Neapolitan pies.

Other chefs in attendance at this year’s Celebrity Chef Nights include Alessandro Breda, Giuseppe Mancino, Sandro Serva and Theodor Falser among others.
