Every holiday we plan is tailored to you. We request a design fee to cover our time researching and planning your trip. The upgrades and perks we deliver typically far outweigh the fee for a 5-star traveller. And for every vacation we arrange, we share our insider tips on the best experiences, restaurants and nightlife options free of charge.

We ask that you pay our trip design fee before we work to deliver your custom trip proposal. When you are charged for trip components such as hotels depends on the provider. For example, most hotels require a credit to hold a room, but some charge a deposit upon making the reservation. Before we release your payment information, we’ll always let you know your chosen hotel’s deposit and cancellation policies, so there are no surprises.

While most people enjoy the inspirational part of travel planning, doing destination research and strategising trip logistics can be a real headache. Poor planning (or no planning) can also make the day-to-day on the ground feel more like work than vacation. By trusting our expert curators to design the perfect trip for you based on your personal preferences and using our extensive destination knowledge, you’ll be spared a ton of time and unnecessary stress. We incorporate all your ideas and dreams into a plan that optimises your time and minimises your hassle.

To ensure you have the best possible holiday experience and be able to assist you should something go wrong, we only offer our trip design service as part of a tailor-made package that includes us making hotel reservations at a minimum. Booking flights, transfers and guided activities for you is also possible but optional.
